A facility to manufacture high precision gears of up to DIN 3962 Class 3.
Lube Oil Pump Assembly:
Developed for Diesel Engines. A positive displacement Helical Gear pump. An assembly of two pumps separated by a plate; one is main lube oil pump and the other is the piston cooling pump. The delivery is 229 US Gallons (867 litres) and 109 US Gallons (413 litres) per minute respectively; at 1271 rpm. The gears are ground and the pump is tested in a rig for the performance.
Scavenging Pump Assembly:
Developed for Diesel Engines. A positive displacement Helical Gear pump. The delivery is 450 US Gallons (1703 litres) per minute at 1271 rpm. The gears are ground and the pump is tested in a rig for the performance.
Water Pump Assembly:
Developed for Diesel Engines. A centrifugal pump with impeller.
Lube Oil Strainer Assembly:
An Aluminium casing with strainers for lube oil pump and scavenging oil pump of the Diesel Engine. It is a complete product with several individual parts and systems. Completely manufactured and tested in-house.
